When i downloaded loader and tried to run it nothing happens, i tried to change compatibility mode and everything, even restarging PC.

Perhaps a third party application is interfering with the start up.

    BTW, do I need to run a game in windowed mode or sth?

    It should work in both windowed and fullscreen mode.
