It sounds like you are running multiple instances of the cheat or not waiting for the game to load on a slow computer.

You should close your game before closing steam.

Ok it is not slow computer..Launched cheat,Launched game.. gave me thisfailed to start game (app already running)the game was not opened before cheat.But it still worked,just that this message worries me

also I put the loader in my thumbdrive,must it be in C drive?

you dont load the game...the cheat will load the game for you
