Question before I decide to buy the $20. So does the hack provide us with an injector or do we have to use a separate injector? Or is it just an .exe file?

The trigger bot is hold to use and you choose the trigger key. -
What's the best or recommended key to have it on? I'm having trouble finding a key I can hold while I am moving around.

You shouldn't be holding the trigger key while moving. That is a bad habit.
