Hello,
sometimes (usually first time loading the map on my game sessions) game crashes after loading the map.
Not so problematic thought, only mildly anyoing as you can easily run the cheat and join the game session again, but it has raised few suspicions to my friends that i play with that i keep crashing my game so “often”.
I have done the all the things you have listed on the launcher download page.
I am running the 40$ package on win 7 64-bit and running it from another Drive partition (F:) than where Steam & CSGO is located. I play a lot of DD2, Mirage and Inferno.
PS. Think you could add more damage indicator colors to your cheat? I am really digging the red color on low hp upgrade. (and the bomb carrier green, ah it helps so much)
PPS. If get enthusiastic to update with more features, bomb timer glow and enemies reloading/flashed color on the glow would be great.

You could try starting the game in windowed mode by adding -windowed to the startup command line in the steam game properties.
Then making the game fullscreen once you are in a match.
On some PCs, it may crash when loading the first time since it may not be fast enough and the windowed mode seems to help.
As for reload warning, I have made it before.
However, it has not usually been completely accurate and easily falls out of date with the constantly shifting weapons class in CSGO updates.
Pro tip (always work)
1. Start offline game (with bots).
2. After connect, you can leave and play without problems
