My FAdedcoder crashes upon starting and Logging in and when Im able to run it 1/8 times there is just blocks movnig, no button to configure optitons. I dont need to change glow, but I’d like to use /triggerbot.

It shouldn’t crash at all. Its likely that your anti-virus/firewall or some third party application is interfering with it.

I've added it to the firewall exception, disabled firewall and all protection on ESET completely, i have no 3rd party apps running, my system install is very clean, So what is the triggerbot default key? -
