Forgot to run the loader before the game ?

So i had once used a code for a 1 hour trial and i like’d the hack very much , after a week or so i’ve bought it for 20$ , everything was working well.
 
Yesterday i was about to play a few comp matches in which i forgot to run the loader before the game , and i open’d it once i was in the game
 
would that affect anything at all ? is it important to open loader then game ?
