I’m currently in Australia and know for a fact that Australia is within one of the supported countries. Plus the items are sold as a one-off only and not a subscription so it should be alright. Creating a paypal account in Australia requires me to verify my card, bank etc which takes days. Even when buying off online or eBay I just use my card number straight away.

In my country , to send or recive you need to verify the account , all i did was create a U.S Account , get someone to send me 20$ and buy the hack and it worked :)
